1 small packet of dry chillies
3-4 stalks of lemon grass
In a large bowl, cut the chillies into half and soak into hot water until soft. Drain the seed and water together.
Transfer the chillies into a blender. Meanwhile, wash the lemon grass and cut into small pieces. Put them into the blender as well.
In the blender, put some waterin and start the power.
Blend until it looks smooth.
In a sauce pan, put 3 tablespoons of oil. When it is heated, transfer the chillies paste and stir fry it. Add some salt and oil according to your taste/like. (Oil and salt can serve as preservative)
Let it cool down and transfer to a clean glass jar.
